6. In-Store Pickup Policy
Pickup Requirements
- All orders must be collected from our store location in Joplin, Missouri: 507 S Wall Ave, Joplin, MO 64801
- Store hours: Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Valid photo ID may be required for pickup
- Orders may be picked up by the purchaser or an authorized representative
Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon pickup from our store
- We are not responsible for items after pickup
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 30 days of pickup
- Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags
- Electronic parts, Electrical parts, or installed propane or plumbing parts (no returns)
- Proof of purchase required for all returns
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds may take 14 business days to appear on your statement
- We reserve the right to charge restocking fees for certain items, (20% restocking fee minimum)

- Exchanges are subject to product availability
